The residences were designed to offer a modern and comfortable life. Bearing the traces of the modern understanding of architecture, each residence offers high standards in terms of looks and functionality. The project has comfortable living spaces, spacious green areas and social areas such as children’s playgrounds.

Infrastructure works which have been carried out within the scope of the project were planned in a way to meet the needs of the area. Elements such as roads, sewage system, electric and water infrasctructure have been organized to make the residents’ daily lives easier. Moreover, with landscaping works the area was given a nice-looking appearance and green spaces were created.
