GÜRSU RESIDENCES

Bursa Gürsu Project is a comprehensive project in Kayapa area and it is one of the biggest single-section urban transformation projects in Turkey. In this project; along with 1936 residences, there is a mosque, a small local health clinic, a commercial center, a 24-classroom high school and a 32-classroom primary school. Also in the scope of the project, mosque completion construction in Kayapa area, and infrastructure and landscaping work has been done.

This project, which was carried out using tunnel formwork system, was brought into existence with a modern and quick construction method. These structures, which were handed over to TOKI in a turnkey manner, were built in accordance with high quality standards.

The purpose of this project is to provide important infrastructure and social facilities such as residences, mosque, health clinic, education institutions and commercial areas in Bursa Gürsu area. In addition, it is intended to raise living standards in the area by contributing to the social and economical development there.

Also, with infrastructure and landscaping work, living quality and the appearance of the environment in the area has been improved. Roads, green areas, parking lots and other infrastructure elements make it possible for the area to be a comfortable and liveable place.

Bursa Gürsu Project is a project that was planned and carried out with a modern understanding of urbanism. These structures that respond to the needs of the area make it possible for the residents to live in a modern and safe environment.
