Emlak Konut Kayaşehir Homes project is our project which was requested to be done by Emlak Konut.

- Project was built to be earthquake resistant using raft foundation and tunnel formwork system.

- Project contains social spaces such as children’s playgrounds, resting areas and walking tracks.

- Across the whole project green areas take up about 85% of the total area.

- One of the beautiful areas in the project are ponds.

- Planned lanscaping and automatic watering system provide the maintenance of the project’s green areas.

- Project has indoor and outdoor parking lots. In total, there are 2219 indoor and 516 outdoor parking spaces.

- Thanks to sheating heat insulation energy efficiency in the buildings is obtained.

- All shared spaces and apartments have generator system that can provide 100% energy backup.

- There is environmental lighting across the residential complex.

- Central satellite TV (SMATV) broadcasting system is another feature of the project.

- One of the safety measures of the project is digital addressable fire detection and alarm system.

- Blocks and parking lots specified in the project have emergency announcement sound system.

- Color display intercom system offers easy communication.

- The residential complex has CCTV system that has 24/7 surveillance and recording feature.

- The indoor parking lots in the project have fire sprinkler system and smoke ventilation system.

- In the high-rise blocks there is smoke exhaust and pressurization system.

- Heat and sound insulation has been provided for the independent sections.

- Central heating and hot water generation station (substation) system is used.

- The project is close to commercial and public spaces.

- Thanks to its central location, it offers convenient transport.

- The project has both high-rise and low-rise blocks.

- Also, in order to prevent waste oil from going down the drain to the sewage system and to prevent environmental pollution, kitchen pipelines of all of the blocks pass through grease trap and then they are connected to the sewage system.
