TOKI Eskişehir Odunpazarı 2nd Section 832 Residences project is one of our projects that we handed over to TOKI in a turnkey manner. With this important project, modern residences that raise quality of living were offered to the people of Eskişehir.
– Residences: 832 residences in total were designed in various types and for meeting different needs.
– Location: The project is located in Eskişehir’s Odunpazarı district. Thanks to its central location and the ease of transportation that it offers, it provides quick access to city life.
– Architecture and Technical Features: In our project, modern architectural understanding and design principles were considered. The residences have functional areas and spacious interiors.
Planning and Preparation: A detailed planning was carried out in the beginning of the project and preparation was done according to the requirements of the project.
Infrastructure Work: In the initial stage of the project, infrastructure work was completed. Important infrastructure systems, such as water, electricity, gas and sewage systems, were built.

Building Construction: In the construction of the residences, tunnel formwork system, high-quality materials and modern construction methods were used. The construction process was managed by experienced engineers and workers.
Outdoors Area Arrangement: By organizing the project area’s surroundings, landscaping areas and parking lots were built. Social areas and children’s playgrounds are a part of the project.
