We undertook the role of the contractor successfully in Ankara Sincan Yenikent TOKI ILKSAN 1st Zone 932 Residences project. In this pioneering project we aimed to offer our expertise and experience to residence owners in a high-quality manner.

Planning and Coordination: In the beginning of the project, a detailed planning was done and coordination was implemented according to the requirements of the project.
Construction Management: Throughout the construction process, in accordance with quality standards, work on important factors such as material choice and time management was done meticulously.
Infrastructure and Structure Construction: Infrastructure work was done in the project and then the construction of the residences began. Safe and durable structures were built using modern construction techniques and high-quality materials.
Quality Control: Throughout the construction process, quality control was done. Each stage was inspected in terms of compliance with standards and customer expectations.
Delivery and Customer Satisfaction: After the completion of the project, the residences were handed over in their entirety to the owners.
