Founded in 1976 by Niyazi Özcan together with his brothers, Öz-Kar began its operations in the construction industry. Since 1990, the second generation has joined the company, which has surpassed 5 million square meters of construction area and achieved a business volume of over 3.5 billion USD.
Building on more than 40 years of experience and expertise gained at Öz-Kar, Şevki Özcan established Bayazitoğlu Yapı A.Ş. in 2015. Today, Bayazitoğlu continues to work with great dedication to deliver more construction projects. With proven expertise in project management, our team plays an active role in a wide range of services both in Turkey and abroad, including turnkey construction, infrastructure, superstructure, restoration, wastewater treatment plants, and road construction.
